Frequently Asked Questions

  • Custom Table Theory napkins are made from the same 100% premium cotton as our standard napkins, with no plastic or microplastics.

  • All Table Theory napkin sizes are available for customization, including cocktail, party, and dinner napkins.

  • Retail customers may order one custom roll. Wholesale customization requires a minimum of two rolls and is available only to approved wholesale accounts. Ordering two or more rolls does not automatically qualify a customer for wholesale pricing.

  • Small custom orders are available in our in-stock base colors. Available colors will be confirmed as part of the quote and design process.

  • Retail customization is $52 per roll and includes one print location, either centered or in the lower right corner. A second print location is an additional $30 per roll. There is no setup fee. Wholesale custom pricing is provided by quote and is available only to approved wholesale accounts.

  • For the best print quality, we recommend uploading your logo or artwork as an SVG file. We also accept high-resolution JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, and BMP files. Please submit the highest quality version available.

  • Yes. A digital proof is included for review and approval before production begins. Physical proofs are not provided.

  • Revisions may be requested during the proofing process. Additional revisions may incur a fee depending on the scope of the changes.

  • Payment in full is required before production begins.

  • Domestic custom orders typically take approximately 2–3 weeks after payment is received and the digital proof is approved. Overseas custom orders are estimated at approximately 90 days. Timing may vary by project and will be confirmed with your quote.

  • No. Shipping is additional.

  • Requests are reviewed case by case before production begins. Once production has started, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, dates, wording, placement, and design details carefully before approving a proof. If an approved proof contains an error, responsibility and available options will be reviewed case by case.

  • We match printed colors as closely as possible, but colors may vary slightly from what appears on a digital screen.

  • Customized products are final sale except in the case of a defect or an error on our end.
