Our napkins are made from 100% premium cotton, a natural fiber with no plastic or microplastics. They combine the beauty of linen with the ease of disposable.

Yes. They are certified for food contact under both EU LFGB requirements and U.S. FDA 21 CFR 175.300.

Our napkins are designed for single use. They can technically be washed, but washing is not recommended and results are not guaranteed. The edges may fray, and wrinkles may require ironing. Customers may choose to reuse them when the condition allows.

Table Theory stands are sized specifically for Table Theory rolls. Pairing the corresponding stand and roll ensures the proper fit.

In-stock retail orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. During holidays, launches, or other high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.
NOTICE: USPS offers estimated delivery windows (e.g., 2-5 business days). While tracking is provided, USPS does not guarantee specific delivery dates or times, and delays can occur, especially during holidays. Please allow extra time for delivery.

Tracking information is automatically emailed to you once your order has been prepared for shipment pick up by carrier selected (USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx).

Submit the claim through our Returns & Order Help portal using the order number and email address associated with the purchase.
For a package marked as delivered but not received, wait two business days after the delivery scan. During that time, check all entrances, mailboxes, parcel lockers, garages, household members, neighbors, and building management when/where applicable.
Damage and delivered-but-not-received claims must be submitted within seven calendar days of the carrier delivery scan. Lost-package claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Depending on the issue, we may request photos of the products, shipping box, interior packaging, and shipping label;
confirmation that alternate delivery locations were checked; a carrier case number; or a signed statement confirming the package was not received. Please keep damaged products and all packaging until the claim is resolved. -
Package Protection does not cover:
- Orders that did not include Package Protection at checkout.
- Incorrect or incomplete customer-provided addresses, or packages later forwarded or redirected.
- Delivery delays while tracking still shows the package in transit.
- Packages that were refused, abandoned, or not retrieved from a carrier pickup location.
- Damage limited to the exterior shipping box when the products are undamaged.
- Claims submitted outside the stated claim period or containing false, incomplete, altered, or misleading information.
- Purchases made through wholesale
marketplaces, authorized sales representatives, or third-party retailers.
Product defects, incorrect items, and missing items caused by a fulfillment error are handled through our regular Return Policy rather than Package Protection.

Please contact us as soon as possible. Change and cancellation requests are reviewed case by case and cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment particularly outside of normal business hours and weekends.

This is a very rare instance. In the event this happens, we will contact you with what options or alternatives are available before moving forward.

We accept returns on eligible retail purchases made directly through Table Theory within 14 days of delivery. Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Custom products, final sale products, and purchases made through wholesale marketplaces or authorized sales representatives are not eligible under this Retail Return Policy.
To begin a return, visit our Returns & Order Help portal and enter your order number and the email address used at
checkout. Please do not send products back without submitting a return request first. -
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, the eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.

If you added Package Protection, wait two business days after the delivery scan, complete the recommended location checks, and then submit a claim through our Returns & Order Help portal within seven calendar days of the delivery scan.
If Package Protection was not added, please contact us with your order number and tracking information. We may help with the carrier inquiry, but a replacement or refund is not guarantee.

Cocktail napkins are ideal for drinks and appetizers. Party napkins work well for lunches, showers, birthdays, dessert
tables, and occasions that need something larger than a cocktail napkin but smaller than a dinner napkin. Dinner napkins are designed for a full place setting or more formal table. -
Yes. Table Theory napkins carry OEKO-TEX Standard 100, Class II certification, which means they have been tested for harmful substances. SGS testing also detected no azo dyes or formaldehyde.

Yes. They are produced in a facility audited by amfori BSCI. Full test reports and certificates are available upon request.

Yes. Our napkins are biodegradable and industrially compostable. Independent SGS testing following ISO 14855 showed 91% breakdown over 180 days. Because they are made from natural cotton, they leave no plastic behind.

The patented stand turns a napkin roll into a functional tabletop display. It keeps the napkins visible and ready to use while creating a more polished presentation.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
based on your order weight, delivery address and delivery service selected. (Overnight, Ground Services etc.) -
Table Theory Package Protection is an optional service for eligible retail orders placed directly through our website. When it is added at checkout, eligible orders may qualify for a replacement if the package is lost, marked delivered but not received, or damaged during transit. Package Protection is not available for wholesale or third-party purchases.

Approved claims are resolved with a replacement of the original items at no additional cost. If an item is no longer available, Table Theory may issue a refund to the original payment method. The refund will not exceed the amount originally paid for the protected order, and only one replacement or refund may be issued for each covered loss.
If the original package is located before the claim is resolved, please notify Table Theory immediately.

No. Table Theory may review tracking records, delivery scans, carrier information, photographs, prior claims, and other relevant documentation before making a decision. Claims that conflict with carrier records or show evidence of duplication, misrepresentation, or abuse may be denied. Repeated or high-value claims may require additional
documentation.Table Theory may require signature confirmation or decline to offer Package Protection on future orders when there is a documented pattern of delivery issues or unsupported claims.

address. We will do our best to update it, but changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, particularly outside of normal business hours and weekends. -
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please submit a request through our Returns & Order Help portal within 14 days of delivery. You will be asked to upload photos of the product, shipping box, packaging, and shipping label.
The $8 return shipping fee does not apply when an item is received damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly. Please keep the item and all original packaging until your request has been reviewed. We will provide return instructions when applicable.

Simply Said, Yes. For change-of-mind returns or items ordered by mistake, a flat $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps cover a portion of the prepaid return shipping cost.
