We accept returns on eligible products within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method minus processing fees of $8.
Reason for Return
- Bought by mistake/did not approve purchase
- Wrong item was sent
- Product and shipping box both damaged
- Product damaged but shipping box OK
- Received extra item I did not buy (no refund needed)
- Changed my mind ($8 processing fee)
Why is there an $8 processing fee – this fee covers a portion of the return shipping and restocking fee. Thank you for your understanding.
