TWT Napkin products are created and designed in the US, manufactured in China.

TWT Napkin products can be washed and dried multiple times in the washing machine and dryer, but they come out extra wrinkly so unless you want to pull out an iron, don’t feel guilty about throwing them away since they are recyclable and biodegradable.

 The cocktail napkins can usually be used multiple times since they typically don’t get as dirty as the napkins and placemats.

Wash in water at 104 degrees Fahrenheit up to 3 times. You may be able to wash more times than that but there is a chance the sides could fray with excessive washing. We also recommend putting them in a small garment bag to maintain the shape and
decrease wrinkles. Tumble drying allowed. Iron on high heat. Do not bleach.

We hope you’re in love with your new products. But if not, we’ve got you covered for easy returns. We accept returns on eligible products within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method minus any processing fees.

Guidelines that must be followed for a successful return:

• You received an approved return label via email
• The item(s) must be unused and in its original packaging
• Item(s) must be shipped in its original packaging or equivalent
• Include a copy of the of the packing slip noting item(s) being returned
• Include photos that support return

Final sale items cannot be returned.

Once an order has been processed we are no longer able to cancel the order, even when the ship date is days away.  We're so sorry in advance for the any inconvenience.

However, you can still return the order for a refund. There will be $8 processing fee applied to the return.

Just contact us at support@toastingwithtara.com as soon as you receive it (please let us know that you wanted to cancel but couldn't), include your order number and we'll set you up with a return label.

Within
14-21 business days upon receipt of the return. Original order shipping costs are non-refundable.

We currently offer Free Standard shipping on orders over $75 and Flat Rate Standard shipping of $6.99 on orders under $75.

Standard shipping times are 5-8 business days in the US.

Expedited shipping times are 3-4 business days in the US and options are available in the checkout process.

After checkout you will see an option to track your order by email or text through our Shop or go to your Order Status page to track your order.
