These terms apply to the Table Theory Affiliates retail program. If you participate in a separately agreed affiliate program, its assigned terms apply.

Applying and approval

Applications are reviewed by the Table Theory team. Applying does not mean you have been approved. Please wait for approval before promoting yourself as a Table Theory affiliate.

Your benefits

Approved affiliates earn 15% commission on eligible purchases attributed to their personal referral link or discount code. Customers receive 15% off eligible products when using the affiliate discount code. Clicking a referral link alone does not guarantee a discount.

Eligible purchases

The program covers individual cocktail napkins, cocktail napkin stands, party/lunch napkins, party/lunch napkin stands, dinner napkins, and placemats purchased directly from Table Theory at retail, including seasonal designs in these categories.

Custom or personalized projects, collection sets, bundles, wholesale packaging, wholesale orders or accounts, and hospitality orders or projects are excluded. An item being available on the website does not by itself make it eligible.

Discount and commission rules

• Affiliate discounts cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions, or wholesale pricing.
• Commission is calculated on eligible merchandise value after discounts, excluding shipping, taxes, and tips.
• Purchases made through your own referral link or code do not earn commission.
• Referral links use a 30-day attribution window. Tracking depends on the customer using a valid link or code and the tracking information available; not every visit results in an attributable purchase.
• Returns, partial refunds, cancellations, and ineligible transactions may reduce or reverse earnings.

Sharing Table Theory

Share honest opinions and accurate product information. Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship near your recommendation and link or code. For example: “I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link or code.” Disclosures should be easy to notice and understand, including in videos and social posts.

Payouts and payment details

Eligible commissions are reviewed monthly. After approval, affiliates will receive instructions to provide payment details through the secure payout setup. Please do not send bank information by email. Payouts depend on completed payment setup and review of eligible earnings; the payment schedule and any applicable minimum will be confirmed before participation begins. An application does not trigger a payout.
